I’ve probably rewritten this a hundred times, but here we go, friends. Please remember I’m a photographer, not a writer or poet, so bear with me. This journey of life has been so beautiful and humbling. All the twists and turns led me to this little magical world of photography.
When I first picked up my camera and started chasing this dream in 2019, I was consumed with the perfection of all the poses, getting the best set ups & getting all the likes and followers. But I'm going to be real with you; slowly, I learned that life isn't always perfect, and honestly, Thank God for that. My "approach" is gentle, candid, and emotion-led. I’ll guide you when you need it, fix your hair & make sure you understand that the more awkward the pose, honestly the better. Most importantly, I’m here to create space for you to simply be together. the happy tears, the uncontrollable laughter, the soft glances when you think no one’s paying attention, those fractions of a second are THE CHERRY ON TOP.
This "job" never really feels like a job to me. Getting to hear your stories, witness your love, and turn fleeting moments into pieces of art you'll hang in your homes, put on your desk or carry in your heart, is something I’ll never stop being grateful for. Every couple that steps in front of my camera leaves a little imprint on my heart, and I truly believe the best photos come from feeling something real.

A little bit about me, Bee.
I’m the one making ridiculous noises, busting out awkward dance moves, or fake tripping over nothing... all in the name of getting that laugh from you and your person. So if that means I have to act like a gremlin to get the shot, I will commit. FULLY. I’m all in if it means capturing the real stuff.
I was born and raised in Staley, North Carolina—a blink-and-you-miss-it kind of small town with a post office, a little grille, and a railroad track. You’ve probably never heard of it, but that quiet, simple life shaped me. It taught me to love the little things and how to photograph life- with lots of feeling and an eye for the moments that are easy to miss but impossible to forget.
When I’m not editing or out chasing golden hour light, you’ll probably find me playing Pokémon GO (Team Mystic, if you're wondering), binge-watching Marvel movies (don't ask me to rank them, I might spiral), or building LEGOs like it’s therapy. I’m basically a big nerd with a camera, a loud laugh, and a deep love for what I do.
I love God, I love my people, and I'm beyond grateful that every twist and turn brought me right here, to this wild, beautiful life.
My 2 cents that you didn't ask for.
I know your wedding day is one of the biggest & most special days of your life, but I also believe it’s meant to be enjoyed. My goal is to be one of the least stressful parts of your planning process and one of the vendors you look back on and think, “I’m so glad we hired her.” I’ll hype you up, fluff the dress, fix the veil, calm the nerves, keep things moving when needed, and remind you to slow down and actually soak it all in because it's really does fly by in the blink of an eye on the wedding day.
My style is laid back in the best way. Intentional, but never forced. Romantic, but fun. I want you to laugh hard, hold each other close, and leave your session or wedding day feeling like yourselves instead of feeling overly posed or exhausted. The best photos happen when you stop worrying about being perfect and simply live in the moment together.
More than anything, I want my clients to feel how much I genuinely love what I do. This job doesn’t feel like work to me. Getting to tell your story and preserve the moments you’ll one day look back on with full hearts is something I’ll never take for granted.
